What's the catch?
There is no catch. You only pay for the qualified leads you receive. So it's simple. No leads no cost.
 
What's a lead?
Every client has a different definition. Be assured we put filters in the TVC to get the best leads possible. What constitutes a lead is negotiated by the client and Risk Free TV.
 
How do you decide a cost per lead?
Cost per lead is calculated after discussion between Risk Free TV and the client. For example, what we take into account are your campaign objectives, your offer and what ROI will work for you. We can give you valuable input too as we have been making direct response ads for over 13 years and we have learning's in most categories.

 
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not, you will only ever be invoiced for the leads at the cost we have agreed on. You will never ever be invoiced for media, production, couriers or CAD approval. We take care of all of that and you just pay for the leads.
 
What do I need to provide you with?
First up, a great offer to put on TV, we will assess it and advise whether we think it will generate the response needed.

 
How are the leads counted?
We assign a unique telephone number for each company or offer. The phone calls are counted by an independent company and is totally transparent. 

 

What if i'm already advertising on TV?  
That's fine. Most of our clients already do. They use a portion of their budget on Risk Free TV because they know they get results at a fixed cost. Please understand that Risk Free TV is a unique part of our clients marketing mix, not an alternative.

 
Can a campaign be capped?  
Yes, simply let us know what level of response you can handle and we can alter or adjust the media accordingly.

 
What if it doesn't work?  
Firstly, don’t forget you only pay for results so there is no risk to you. If, however a campaign is not working sufficiently we would need to discuss ways of enhancing or adjusting the offer to generate a stronger response.
